Our technology ensures the Integra team remains in compliance with client-specific requirements, utilizes fleet tracking units to verify weekly property visits and inspections, and sends daily email reminders that deliver necessary next steps to REO real estate agents during the sales process to ensure contracts do not fall out of escrow.

Integra’s robust technology was specially designed for managing the unique requirements of REO and HUD properties. The system flags required property improvements, automatically alerts REO brokers of deadlines and property notices, as well as provides a client specific REO property checklist to ensure all due diligence is completed.
