Integra REO Process

Throughout the Integra Process, the company ensures due diligence and research on each assigned property. Integra makes recommendations for improving the overall quality of the home and consults and assists clients in turning REO and HUD properties into FHA financeable assets. Our REO property preservation and sales process includes the following services and is based upon the specific requirements of each portfolio owner.

  • Property inspection, evaluation and counseling: Property evaluation services include occupancy checks; review, analyze and obtain BPO valuations to establish asset values; and REO property inspections to adhere to legal guidelines. Consultation services also include recommending property improvements necessary to increase the value of the home in order to meet the requirements of an FHA financeable property.
  • REO property preservation: Integra offers a full-service REO property preservation team and administers the maintenance and repair of clients’ REO properties, including obtaining approval on all repairs and budgets, obtaining bids, review and analysis of bids, selection of vendors and oversight of property preservation tasks. In addition to supervising needed repairs and maintenance, Integra management personally conducts weekly inspections of all properties and ensures the property is upheld to client requirements.
  • Relocation assistance: During routine occupancy checks, Integra offers relocation assistance if homes are still occupied.
  • REO marketing and sales: Integra provides REO marketing consultations and oversees property sales for clients, resulting in quick turn times and maximum return on capital.
