Throughout the Integra Process, the company ensures due diligence and research on each assigned property. Integra makes recommendations for improving the overall quality of the home and consults and assists clients in maximizing the resale value of their assets by getting their property listing in front of a wide range of potential buyers. Our real estate marketing and sales process includes the following services and is based upon the specific requirements of each owner.

  • Real Estate web syndication and cross promotion: All of our property listings are featured as Showcase listings on Realtor.com as well as being featured on Trulia and Zillow.  Additionally we subscribe to ListHub services which give us web syndication to another 60 websites.  Since recent statistics indicate that over 90% of new real estate buyers begin their searches on the internet, our strong internet syndication network is key to getting our clients assets in front of ready, willing and able buyers as quickly as possible.
  • International buyer exposure: Integra group has a multicultural sales team who can facilitate transactions with overseas buyers.  We have relationships with Mexican real estate brokerages as well as with Global marketing partnerships with EdenHome, which is a leading real estate technology company based in Switzerland.  Our partnership with EdenHome results in translation of all of our clients property listings into 23 different countries on four continents, giving our clients exposure to the International real estate market, currently valued at an estimated $68.2 billion dollars.
  • Personalized marketing and sales: Integra provides marketing consultations and oversees property sales for clients, resulting in quick turn times and maximum return on capital, custom tailored specifically to the client’s needs.
