TUCSON, Ariz., Dec. 6, 2011 – Integra Group Real Estate LLC, a brokerage firm specializing in the marketing and sale of REO, HUD and distressed properties in Southern Arizona, announced Eric Lichtenheld, president of Integra Group, has been recognized as a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) Candidate Member to provide clients with specialized expertise in the commercial and investment real estate industry.
“The residential real estate market leads the commercial cycle by one to two years, and as the industry deals with a growing number of distressed commercial properties, agents and brokers must possess specific skill sets to efficiently manage them,” said Lichtenheld, president of Integra Group Real Estate.
By achieving his CCIM Candidate Member status, Lichtenheld further expands upon Integra Group’s expertise and enables its clients to use the company for their distressed commercial portfolios. CCIMs complete a four-week program, 40 hours per week, which covers vital skill sets including ethics, interest-based negotiation, financial analysis, market analysis, user decision analysis and investment analysis for commercial investment real estate.
“By obtaining my CCIM Candidate Member status, Integra Group is able to provide asset management companies the expertise required to assist them with adding commercial portfolios to their repository of residential assets,” said Lichtenheld. ”The CCIM training also enables us to offer current clients a more rigorous income and market analysis that grants additional support and credibility to residential income property valuations.”
