“It is essential for real estate agents to familiarize themselves with the market being served to maximize success rates and ensure homebuyers are satisfied,” said Eric Lichtenheld, president of Integra Group Real Estate. ”Integra Group’s success is a result of a high caliber team, understanding of the local market and our proactive involvement in remaining up-to-date with industry trends, best practices and challenges. We believe in educating the industry as well as local real estate professionals in an effort to improve the homebuyer’s experience.”
The first Tucson NAHREP meeting is an educational session with a leading global financial services firm to provide real estate agents with the knowledge to navigate through default in short sales and REO while investigating owner-occupied preservation efforts to create sustainable homeownership.
