Ofelia Lichtenheld is founder and designated broker of Tucson, Ariz.-based Integra Group Real Estate LLC, one of the top brokerage firms specializing in the marketing, sale and property management of real estate in southern Arizona.
Lichtenheld has nearly 12 years of real estate experience, having specialized her entire real estate career in helping Hispanic home owners. She has extensive experience as a complete asset manager, overseeing the sales process from property acquisition and assignment through escrow. Prior to founding Integra Group, Lichtenheld held various management positions focusing on quality control and executive training and was also a university professor at Tecnologico De Monterrey in Guadalajara Mexico.
Lichtenheld is certified in many different aspects of real estate – from working with distressed sellers to international buyers. She also has her e-PRO Technology certification and is a member of three of the MLS systems in Southern Arizona: TAR MLS, GVSAR MLS and SCCAR MLS. She is also a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and the Arizona Association of Realtors. In addition to her native Spanish she also speaks conversational Italian and Japanese.
Eric Lichtenheld is the president of Tucson, Ariz.-based Integra Group Real Estate LLC, one of the top brokerage firms specializing in the marketing, sale and property management of real estate in southern Arizona. Lichtenheld is responsible for the executive oversight of operations as well as direction and management of the company’s marketing and property management division.
Lichtenheld has more than 25 years of experience in operations and project management and has specialized in managing business development of the real estate brokerage since 2007. Previously he worked throughout the United States and Mexico managing a variety of manufacturing plants and speaks fluent Spanish with conversational German.
Lichtenheld is certified on numerous asset disposition platforms, a CCIM Candidate member and has participated in numerous short sale and REO certification courses. He earned a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from the University of Michigan as well as a masters of business administration focused on finance and operations management from Loyola University, Chicago.
