Ofelia Lichtenheld
Founder and Designated Broker, Integra Group Real Estate LLC

Ofelia Lichtenheld is founder and designated broker of Tucson, Ariz.-based Integra Group Real Estate LLC, an REO brokerage firm specializing in the management, preservation and marketing of southern Arizona REO, HUD and distressed properties.

Lichtenheld has nearly 10 years of real estate experience, specializing in bank owned properties since 2007. She has extensive experience as a complete asset manager, overseeing the REO sales process from property acquisition and assignment through escrow. Prior to founding Integra Group, Lichtenheld held various management positions focusing on quality control and executive training and was also a university professor at Tecnologico De Monterrey in Guadalajara Mexico.

Lichtenheld is Equator and Res.Net certified, Five Star certified and has her e-PRO Technology certification. She is also a member of the National REO Brokers Association, TAR MLS, GVSAR MLS, SEAR MLS, SCCAR MLS, National Association of Realtors (NAR) and the Arizona Association of Realtors.


Eric Lichtenheld
President, Integra Group Real Estate LLC

Eric Lichtenheld is the president of Tucson, Ariz.-based Integra Group Real Estate LLC, a brokerage firm specializing in the management, preservation and marketing of southern Arizona REO, HUD and distressed properties. Lichtenheld is responsible for the executive oversight of operations as well as direction and management of the company’s REO property preservation division.

Lichtenheld has more than 25 years of experience in operations and project management and has specialized in managing REO and distressed properties since 2007. Previously he worked throughout the United States and Mexico managing a variety of manufacturing plants.

Lichtenheld is Equator and RES.NET certified, a CCIM Candidate member and has participated in numerous short sale and REO certification courses. He earned a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from the University of Michigan as well as a masters of business administration focused on finance and operations management from Loyola University, Chicago.
